- Heat pan on medium (3) and add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil.
- Immediately add 1 diced clove of garlic.
- Immediately add thawed and patted dry shrimp (peeled).
- Cook for 3 minutes on one side (use timer).
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes on second side.
- Remove from heat and serve.
Check shrimp package for added salt. If unsure how salty the shrimp is, don’t add salt while cooking. It’s very easy to over salt shrimp. Add salt to taste once served.
